Box Office Policies
- Ticket Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the show time and date. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event will not be accommodated.
- No Show Policy: Tickets for "no show" patrons, those who do not attend a scheduled performance, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We encourage guests to contact us in advance if they are unable to attend.
- Late Admission: Due to the specific layout of our theatre, late admission is not permitted. If you anticipate being late, please contact the box office at [email protected] to discuss rescheduling options.
- Contact Information: Our Box Office can be contacted by leaving a message during the hours of Monday through Thursday, 10am - 3pm. Alternatively, you can reach a Box Office specialist by phone most Monday's from 10am - 12pm. For more immediate response, inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
- Response Time: Emails and voicemails are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from our team.
