Box Office Policies

1. Ticket Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the show time and date. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event will not be accommodated.
2. No Show Policy: Tickets for "no show" patrons, those who do not attend a scheduled performance, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We encourage guests to contact us in advance if they are unable to attend.
3. Late Admission: Due to the specific layout of our theatre, late admission is not permitted. If you anticipate being late, please contact the box office at [email protected] to discuss rescheduling options.

5. Response Time: Emails and voicemails are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from our team.
