Theatre Production - The Big Bad Musical - (Waiting List)

Additional Dress Rehearsals: Saturday, May 18, 2024, 1p-3p and Friday, May 24, 5p-6:30p
Performances: Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 1p and 3p (12p call for actors)
Students will apply acting, singing, and dancing techniques to a theatrical production of The Big Bad Musical. All students will have the opportunity to shine in a full production of the show with costumes and props.
The Big Bad Musical is a hilarious courtroom comedy that brings the fairy-tale world to life! The Big Bad Wolf is on trial and it's up to the audience to be the jury and decide his fate. With quirky characters like Little Red Riding Hood, the Three Little Pigs and the Boy Who Cried Wolf and more, this show is perfect for young performers looking for a fun and challenging role.
Acting Classes
Acting I
Ages: 5-7 years old
Dates: Mondays, 4-4:50pm

Students will learn the basics of acting through storytelling, creative play, and using the body and voice on stage.
Acting II
Ages: 8-12 years old
Session 1: Mondays, 5-5:50pm (Waiting List) OR Session 2: Mondays, 6-6:50pm

Students will learn the basics of acting through character work, improvisation, and using the body and voice on stage.

Students will explore intermediate and advanced acting concepts and apply them to monologues that will be performed during the final class.
